As much as, yes, this is a politically charged strip it is on a small aspect of the process, and not a commentary
on a particular party. Politics are a big business right now, and alot of people are cashing in on it. Now,
this is not neccasarily a bad thing, it just makes the whole thing annoying. Whenever any market gets
money pumped into it the white wash begins. It gets turned contemporary for mass consumption, and
minimal offense. (offense = lawsuits). It's understandable, though, it maximises profit. It does make it
hard, especially in the case of voting, to decipher through all the fancy graphics and focus tested wording
what a candidate is actually offering, though. And your favorite cereal isn't carrying the decoder ring.
How many things can "Americans" all agree that they want at the same time really?
Speaking of voting, sometime within the next couple of weeks, depending on your area, there is some
voting going on. You should go do that. Me, I at least try to hit up a couple websites on the people
running for my district, and spend a couple hours trying to read between the garfield-soft lines,
and go vote the best I can. It doesn't hurt to vote. In my district they actually removed the anal ID probe
so I'm sure everyone's voting experience will be much more confortable this season. Just remember,
there is no boogeyman, the closet is fine it's just a shadow.
